Once you successfully logged in you will see your client area like that as mentioned in this screenshot
Please expand Services Drop down from left menu bar
Please select My Services
You will see your products and services table here you can select which you want to cancel click on View detail button
After clicking on view detail select Management Actions
Select Drop Menu and Select Request Cancellation
