Please find some basic procedures and steps to use your hosting account with us:
Username and Passwords:
You received your account username and passwords in the welcome email you received with your account activation. These credentials will be used to access your FTP and cPanel (website control panel).
I you setup the dns update to use our name servers it would take 24 to 72 hours to propagate on internet, for all worldwide DNS records to reflect the changes. We recommended you use the IP address until you can verify your domain is being served from our servers.
Control Panel Access:
To access your website control panel you can login into it using http://www.yourdomain.com:2082
or
https://www.yourdomain.com:2083 (secure)
Replace www.yourdomain.com with your actual domain hosted with us or the server ip we assigned you in the welcome email.
Where to Upload website content:
Upload your website files and content to the "public_html" directory in your account.
Note: DO NOT delete system created files under your account, if you delete any system generated file, your account may cease to work!
How to Open support ticket:
