A parked domain name is an additional domain name that redirect to the same URL as the main domain name for your cPanel account.
For example, if you already have abc.com and need abc.net to redirect to the same URL of abc.com domain, you would park domain.net on domain.com.
You can park a domain in cPanel under the 'manage parked domains' section.
