You are required to update your client area credentials. Please change or reset your client area password and enable two-factor authentication.

Enabling Two factor is mandatory as access to account page will be limited without Two Factor authentication.

To change or reset your client area password, follow these steps:

Visit the client area portal at https://clients.temok.com.
Click on the "Forget Password" link.
Enter your registered email address, complete the reCAPTCHA verification, and click on the "Submit" button.
You will receive password reset instructions to your email address. Follow the instructions to reset your credentials.
Once you reset your password, you will be prompted to update your security question. Please update it and save it.
To enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA):

Go to the security settings window.
Click on "Two Factor Authentication."
Click on the "Click here to Enable" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Save your backup secret code for the authenticator securely. You will need this backup code to log in to your client area if you do not have access to the authenticator mobile app.
Please note that you need an Authenticator mobile app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Duo Authenticator App) to set up 2FA.
