Follow the instcutions on screen to create new email accounts.
Click on "Email Account" icon under Mail section.

If you need to create forwarding, please click on  "Forwarders" option under Mail section under your cPanel account, after clicking Forwarder icon,

1.click on "Add Forwarder" button

2. Select email address you willing forward 

3. write email address you willing forward and finish to setup email forwarder
