Simply open WordPress admin panel.

 

After enter the credentials, if any update is available then you will see the update alerts on the left side of the panel. Simply click on it after that you can see two type of updates regarding plugins & themes. Just check select all or required plugins & theme and click update plugins button. Now it take some time and will be updated.
