If you registered or transferred your domain with us and you are not subscribed for shared hosting but you are need to manage DNS zone (using our name servers), you can manage your domain through DNS Manager in our client area: Here is link (Please book mark in your favorite web browser for future use) : https://clients.temok.com/index.php?m=DNSManager2 . Here you can manage / update your DNS records .

To perform DNS forwarding, change your zone file, (MX, A-Records & CNAME) using the following steps:

  • Login to your Temok client area
  • Click on Addons and under “DNS Host Record Management” click “Manage” Here you can set up A records, MX records and CNAME).
  • Make sure, you are selecting correct Record Type and putting correct hostname and address to point it to. Contact Temok Support in case you need any help.

 
If you willing set your private name servers/ change name servers, you can manage from client area https://clients.temok.com

  • Go to Domains >> My Domains
  • Place a tick in the box to the left of the domain you wish to modify.
  • Click the Manage button
  • Click the Nameservers tab here if you wish to change the nameservers
  • The DNS data box will open
  • Remove the default name servers from fields and Insert your name servers in the given fields in case you want to use your custom name servers by selecting radio button that says “Use custom name servers (enter below)”. You must have at least 2 name servers
  • Once you are done adding name servers click “Change Nameservers”
