We have scheduled the Bios Battery replacement of server HZCF001 on May 05 2018 at 09:30 CEST. This has been confirmed with our onsite engineers.
Once the Data Center Engineer has completed the given task we will update this ticket again.
Update: This task is completed, The downtime was also longer than I had hope this was caused by the rails in the rack.
